Mission

To empower people experiencing housing insecurity to build pathways toward stable and thriving lives.

Vision

A Rome and Floyd County where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing and the opportunity to thrive.

Our Approach

Pathway to Home is building Rome's first permanent, affordable, and supportive housing community—a 30-40 unit tiny home community that provides more than shelter.

Housing First

Immediate housing with minimal preconditions. Private, dignified living spaces (250-400 sq ft) with bathroom and kitchen.

Wraparound Services

Partnerships with local providers for healthcare, mental health, job training, case management, and food programs.

Sustainable Operations

Resident contributions (25-30% of income) combined with housing vouchers and philanthropic support.
