From vision to reality in 36 months.

Over the next 36 months, we'll transform the Westminster campus into Rome's first permanent supportive housing community—and we need partners like you at every phase.

  • Months 1-6

    • Complete 501(c)(3) incorporation

    • Recruit founding board members

    • Secure initial seed funding ($100,000)

    • Finalize land lease agreement with Westminster Presbyterian

    • Conduct site survey and engineering plans

    • Obtain zoning approval and permits

  • Months 7-18

    • Launch capital campaign ($2.75-3.25 million)

    • Complete site planning and design

    • Establish MOUs with service partners

    • Begin construction on first 15 units and community center

    • Hire core staff and program manager

  • Months 18-36

    • Welcome first cohort of residents

    • Begin second phase construction (remaining 25 units)

    • Implement full programming and services

    • Conduct first-year evaluation and adjustments

    • Document outcomes for replication model

Capital Investment Needed: $2.75-3.25 Million

  • Site development and infrastructure: $650,000

  • 40 tiny homes (furnished): $1.8 million

  • Community facilities: $500,000

  • Soft costs and contingency: $200,000
