A Rome and Floyd County where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing and the opportunity to thrive.

Our Approach

Pathway to Home is building Rome's first permanent, affordable, and supportive housing community—a 30-40 unit tiny home community that provides more than shelter.

  • Immediate housing with minimal preconditions. Private, dignified living spaces (250-400 sq ft) with bathroom and kitchen.

  • Partnerships with local providers for healthcare, mental health, job training, case management, and food programs.

    Programs we hope to partner with:

    • Davies Shelter

    • Advocates for Children

    • United Way

    • NWG Housing Authority

  • Resident contributions (25-30% of income) combined with housing vouchers and philanthropic support.
